How do I subscribe?

Just ask Alexa! Say "Alexa, ask my computer to buy Commander Lite" (or Commander Plus). You can also manage subscriptions through your Alexa app under Skills & Games.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Say "Alexa, ask my computer to cancel my subscription" or manage it through your Alexa app. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I reach my monthly limit?

If you reach your tier's push limit, the skill will let you know and offer to upgrade. Your PC Commander limit resets at the beginning of each month. Engaged free-tier users may also receive complimentary access to higher tiers. Note that Pushbullet's own limits may also apply (see below).

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Absolutely! Cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a different tier anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Do unused pushes roll over?

No, push limits reset at the beginning of each month. Commander Plus subscribers can push beyond the Lite tier limit, so there's less to worry about!

Important: Pushbullet Dependency

PC Commander relies on Pushbullet as the underlying service to send commands to your devices. Pushbullet has its own subscription tiers with their own limits:

  • Pushbullet Free - 500 pushes per month
  • Pushbullet Pro - Unlimited pushes

Your effective push capacity is limited by whichever service has the lower limit. For example, if you have Commander Plus (no PC Commander limits) but use Pushbullet Free (500/month), you'll be limited to 500 pushes per month. To maximize your push capacity with Commander Plus, consider subscribing to Pushbullet Pro.

PC Commander subscription fees are separate from and do not include Pushbullet subscription fees.
